SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 within the United States.

Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Standard Shipping
Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days from the date of shipment. Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may experience longer delivery times.

UPS Ground
Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days from the date of shipment. Processing begins after payment authorization and verification.

UPS 2nd Day Air
For 2-Day Delivery, orders must be placed and authorized by 12 PM PST, Monday–Wednesday. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.

UPS Overnight
For Overnight Delivery, orders must be placed and authorized by 12 PM EST, Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after these times, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.

Shipping Address Guidelines

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, please select “US Armed Forces” as the State and use APO, FPO, or DPO as the City to ensure correct routing.
