Refund policy
We create every garment with care and precision. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be shipped within this 30 day period.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- In resalable condition (free of deodorant marks, fragrance, stains, pet hair, or damage)
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return. To ensure your return can be processed correctly, all returns must be registered through our official Return Portal before shipment. Returns sent to our warehouse without prior registration through the Return Portal will not be accepted for processing. This also applies to returns sent using external carrier services arranged independently and not issued through our Return Portal. In such cases, the parcel may be refused upon arrival or returned to sender.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Gift cards
- Special order items (if applicable)
- Items returned after the 30 day return period
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available through our Return Portal, subject to inventory availability. Exchange items ship after your return is received and scanned/inspected for condition.
RETURN COSTS
For eligible returns within your window, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using our prepaid label and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be refused and sent back to the original shipping address.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your case and advise on the next steps.
